Reserves your inspection slot through the intake form. This fee applies toward the final service and converts to a lead hazard report if any hazards are found. Please note that it is non-refundable for failed or unready units, which is important for property management companies to consider.

Property management companies managing multiple units or portfolios may operate under invoicing or bulk scheduling arrangements. If you are a property management company and do not submit deposits per unit, please fill out our intake form or contact us directly to discuss account setup and billing.
